We warrant that the rod will be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for the period of five years from the purchase date for the original purchaser only. Any and all damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear, including the camo decoration on the rod, will not be covered under the five year warranty. Any and all accidental damages that may occur that are not a result of a manufactures defect will not be covered under the five year warranty.

 

USA Custom Rods offers an “Out of Warranty Program“ where we will replace damaged product at a reduced cost to our customers. Please contact customer service for a replacement cost. Proof of purchases will be required to make any and all warranty claims.

 

To file a warranty claim, mail the damaged product with postage prepaid and insured with the original proof of purchase to our warranty claim center. Please include a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded from this warranty.

 

 

For US residents, please include a $40.00 warranty fee for return shipping and handling of the product. Please include your full name, complete address including zip code (no PO Boxes), phone number including area code, e-mail contact address if available and a copy of the original proof of purchase. Please allow two weeks for processing the warranty on all in stock items. If a warranty product is not currently in our inventory, we will contact you with the provided information to estimate an approximate ship date.
